Deposits are required to secure your appointment and prevent last-minute cancellations. They’re applied toward your service, so you only pay the remaining balance at your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged the greater of $55 or the amount of the deposit.

The cancellation fee applies to no shows. If you are more than 10 minutes late it is considered a no show.

Yes, valet parking is available at a discounted rate for all clients receiving services at The Westin — simply ask for a validation card after your appointment. For our Newbury Street location, nearby street and garage parking options are also available.

Yes. Both locations are in Boston’s Back Bay and are accessible by public transit. We’re near major routes and stations serving Back Bay, making it easy to reach us without driving.

We offer a complimentary nail fix policy within a 3-day grace period following your service. After this period, a nail repair appointment will need to be booked. Please note, refunds are not provided once services have been completed.

Yes — Street Salon has two convenient locations in Boston’s Back Bay: our flagship Newbury Street salon and our second location inside Westin Copley Place. Both are close together, so you can choose the location that’s most convenient.

If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the time remaining, we may adjust the service or reschedule to ensure we can deliver the best result without impacting other appointments.

Availability for walk-ins varies by day and service type. We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and stylist, especially for color, balayage, and weekends.

Hair services are available at both Back Bay locations. Full nail services are available at our Westin Copley Place location. If you’d like hair and nails in one visit, choose Westin Copley Place when booking.
